Abstract
The author to express his deep sense of gratitude and sincere thanks to Prof. Dr. A M. Farooque, Vice-Chancellor of Shere-Bangla Agricultural University, Dhaka, Bangladesh for his guidance and suggestion during the period of study and preparation of the thesis.
